Xavier and Sindy have managed to breathe new life into the restaurant at the Hôtel du Chêne Doré, which they reopened in 2018. The decor is contemporary with baroque accents and a warm, family atmosphere. The cuisine is traditional but not only, since Sindy makes us benefit from her Martinican origins by preparing beautiful Caribbean specialties. The opportunity for Xavier who is in charge, to cultivate his culinary creativity.
These two catering professionals, creators of an outside catering service "L'Amuze-bouche" in Senonches (now based in La Loupe), develop sincere and authentic "homemade", bistro type cuisine at low prices. The chef's dishes highlight the freshness and quality of local products. And for the festive side, tasty arranged rums and exotic cocktails spice up the evenings.
Our chef also makes take-out meal trays (hot or cold) to reserve the day before for the next day.
