On the sidelines of the Chêne Doré, Chef Xavier Bignaux proposes accompanying your receptions (wedding, baptism, birthday, or business meal, works council ...) and for your festive buffets in the Eure-et-Loir as well as 'in the Paris region. Xavier and Sindy are indeed professionals in the sector since they created an outside catering service in Senonches, Amuze-Bouche in 2015.

An activity they pursue with very closely for the pleasure of proposing fine and colorful cuisine, based on fresh products selected for their qualities from the best producers.
